- Be recognize the components of primary health care and the level of prevention.
- Be a leader in the promotion of health as a nurse and as a citizen.
- Be a competent to identifying health problems and inappropriate referral in necessary.
- Be a skilled in counseling patient, relatives and community groups
- Be committed to maintaining standards of nursing practice and in providing quality nursing care.
- Bea safe in the practice of clinical nursing skills.
- Have a pleasant manner towards patients ,relatives and co-workers which conveys confidence,consideration and co-operation.
- Be skilled in determining the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of patients and in responding appropriately.
- Be competent in observation and in the collection and recording of information during day to care.
- Be skilled in planning, implementing and evaluating care in a variety of health care setting.
- Be reliable in own professional standers and ethical conduct.
- Be flexible during periods of change and adaptable to new situation and circumstances.

As a health care facilitator, the nurse will,
- Be complement in organized health care resources for the care of patients and community groups.
- Be skilled in the collection and recording of data to be used in the care of patients and /or for research.
- Participate with other team members in healthcare researches studies.
- Be skilled in identifying problems in clinical practice which need to be investigated or researched.
- Be competent in problems solving in the care of patients and in the organization of health care delivery.
- Foster inter relationship communication to facilitate the transmission of information to patients \,relative and other health team members.
- Anticipate opportunities for establishing liaison between hospital, community and patient’s house.
- Be committed to continuing learning to enable evaluation renewal and refreshment of personal approaches to work related responsibilities.
- Participated in monitoring nursing care practices.
